    CULTURE SCAN


    A culture scan helps map out the developmental profile of an organization. It’s mostly administered by means of an online survey and is often used to gain insight into the existing culture, before initiating a change project and making interventions. In this case, the scan serves as a baseline measurement, so a second scan at a later point in time will reveal the extent and direction of change. Depending on the needs, we use the validated Spiral Dynamics culture scan, which offers insight into the deeper value systems of an organizational culture, or the Denison culture scan, which is used all over the world to relate organizational culture to the bottom line.

    ORGANIZATIONAL COMPASS


    The organizational compass consists of an online dashboard environment which offers real-time feedback on the most vital functions of the organization at a single glance. The compass is always calibrated to the specific organizational environment and is used to feel the organization’s pulse in times of change. In addition to this monitoring functionality, the compass can link management information to actions, and capture best practices, integrating both performance and knowledge management into the compass. Moreover, the compass is scalable and offers a handle on (culture) change, even within large organizations. Realize! uses the proven Gaiasoft solution and supports clients in developing ‘made-to-measure’ monitoring solutions.
