In the past few decades, organizations have improved and renewed themselves in many ways. But one area in which there has been strikingly little innovation, is in the ways in which meetings are conducted, in how decisions are made and in what the core elements of the organizational structure are. Even though this is at the heart of organizations, this is still a blindspot for many of them. Realize! has been experimenting for years with innovative methods of organizing, collaborating, conducting meetings, and making decisions, and has identified a number of powerful best practices. The point of departure is always the development of agile and resilient organizations in which talent and passion yield optimal returns for all stakeholders. Depending on needs and circumstances, we create momentum with a workshop, embed adaptive capacity in the core of the organization in a Holacracy implementation, or think along on issues around organizational development and growth, working climate and social capital, or strategy and innovation in the context of societal challenges.

HOLACRACY IMPLEMENTATION As official licensee, Realize! is one of the first organizations in Europe capable of implementing Holacracy. Implementations are flexible, tailor-made, and not time-consuming (on the contrary). During an intake conversation, we explore the ‘fit’ with strategy and needs. Depending on needs and circumstances we help implement more effective meeting practices, a more flexible organizational structure, and clear business processes around questions such as:
